Your Task: Research and propose methods for utilizing coffee industry waste to create sustainable materials for manufacturing, supporting both environmental and industrial objectives.,
Criteria: The solutions will be graded based on out of the box innovation and tech and business feasibility data. Visuals and style of presenting are less important.

Pro Recovery
Challenge: Our aim is to show that when our client uses the service consistantly (2-3 times per week) that it actually decreases

Innovategy
Challenge: Develop a comprehensive strategy to assess and enhance leadership adaptability within organizations, utilizing the Multidimensional Leadership Cube (SMLC) framework. Participants should focus on evaluating leadership styles across the three levels— Society/Country, Organization/Business, and Personal—and propose actionable plans to bridge identified gaps, improve communication, and foster ethical, culturally sensitive leadership practices
Criteria: The solutions will be graded based on SMLC Integration, clear use of SMLC framework principles, Innovation; originality and creativity of solution, Impact; potential for real-world application.
Detailed Guidelines:
1. Understanding the SMLC Framework:
Familiarize yourself with the SMLC's three-dimensional cube representing leadership styles and behaviors across different levels:
Society/Country Level:
X-Axis: Economic Systems (Collectivism ↔ Free Markets)
Y-Axis: Human-Centric vs. System-Centric
Z-Axis: Data-Driven vs. Intuition-Driven
Organization/Business Level:
X-Axis: Organizational Structure (Hierarchical ↔ Flat)
Y-Axis: Culture Orientation (Task-Oriented ↔ People-Oriented)
Z-Axis: Innovation Approach (Process-Driven ↔ Innovation-Driven)
Personal Level:
X-Axis: Individual vs. Collective Focus
Y-Axis: Emotional vs. Rational Decision-Making
Z-Axis: Risk-Taking vs. Risk-Averse
2. Assessment Phase:
Develop tools or methodologies to determine an organization's position on each axis at all three levels.
Utilize surveys, self-reflection exercises, or data analysis techniques to gather relevant information.
3. Visualization:
Create a visual representation of the organization's current leadership style within the SMLC framework.
Plot positions within the cube to identify areas of alignment and divergence.
4. Gap Analysis:
Analyze the distances between current positions and desired leadership styles.
Identify potential conflicts, misunderstandings, or synergies based on these distances.
5. Strategy Development:
Propose actionable plans to bridge identified gaps.
Focus on improving communication, fostering ethical leadership, and enhancing cultural sensitivity. Consider incorporating modules such as:
Communication Mastery: Enhancing skills across practical, emotional, and social conversations.
Situational Adaptability: Assessing and improving responsiveness, resilience, flexibility, and decision-making under pressure.
6. Implementation Plan:
Outline steps to implement the proposed strategies within the organization.
Include timelines, resource allocation, and key performance indicators to monitor progress.
